hapticsImpact, hapticsNotification, hapticsSelection. Off-shell they do nothing.
Pressable, Button, TabBar, Switch, Toast…) already fire haptics. To silence all of them, and every direct call, opt out once before rendering:

setHapticsEnabled(false);
isHapticsEnabled() reads the current setting.
